“I was able to capture more than one most memorable moment. I overcame a large fear and held a huge snake on the first day in Belize. I will never forget climbing to the top of the Mayan Ruins, spending a night in the Mayan village, snorkelling with the sting rays, cave tubing, the sunset in Caye Calker, or the sunrise in Punta Gorda. But I know I will never forget the agricultural practices we were able to see: the Running W Ranch, a farm supported by SHARE, milpa farming and the Spanish Lookout Mennonite community. I have learned to appreciate the technology we all take for granted here in Canada. The trip was amazing.” - Jessica
